From the moment we walked into Dr. Alex Hernandez's office, we knew my elderly mother was in excellent hands. I accompanied her to her first appointment, and I was truly impressed by the level of care and compassion he showed. Dr. Hernandez couldn't have been kinder, warmer, or more personable. He immediately put my mother at ease with his wonderful sense of humor, genuine kindness, and patient demeanor. It's rare to find a physician who can make an elderly patient feel so comfortable while maintaining such a high level of professionalism. He took the time to listen carefully, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed. His knowledge, compassion, and bedside manner are exceptional, and it is clear that he truly cares about his patients as people. His staff was just as wonderful, especially Tatiana, who was warm, welcoming, and so helpful from the moment we arrived. She truly went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable. It's not often you find a medical office where both the physician and staff provide such exceptional care. We are so grateful and highly recommend Dr. Hernandez and his amazing team!

Magnificent visit and wonderful experience. Dr. Hernandez was amazing on how details learned about my medical history, talked about current and past issues, how to move forward as provider-patient partnership. I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez & Dr. Almeida as your primary provider. The office takes Medicare & Tricare plans alike. Thank you.

I can’t recommend HEAL Medical Center more!! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean and organized. I was seen immediately upon arrival, no long wait times or being forgotten. Dr Monica is extremely professional, yet kind. She makes you feel comfortable and takes time to really listen and understand. She is very knowledgeable and I feel I can really trust her advice. Best DR I’ve had in a very long time!

We absolutely loved our experience with Dr. Almeida. I accompanied my mother, who has Parkinson’s disease, to her first appointment yesterday, and from the moment we walked into the office, we were impressed. The space was immaculate, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The office staff were warm, professional, and incredibly respectful. We were given a tablet to complete the check-in forms, and since we arrived about 20 minutes early, they kindly offered us coffee or tea. Despite arriving early, we had virtually no wait time before seeing the doctor. Dr. Monica Almeida greeted us with a genuine smile and spent nearly an hour with my mother. She conducted both physical and cognitive assessments with great care and patience, and she took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed. It was truly an exceptional experience. I only wish more healthcare providers practiced medicine with this level of professionalism, compassion, and attention. Dr. Almeida is truly one of a kind

I am the wife of Howard Mintz. I have been seeing Dr. Almeida for a little under a year. Dr. Almeida is an excellent doctor. She takes all the time she needs to do a thorough exam and stays on top of all my concerns. She is friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. I hardily recommend her.
